DISCLAIMER: This forum tutors have no copyrights or whatever on any of these tutors that are posted on this forum. All tutors belong to their respected owners. This is Legal, because we are not reproducing their tutors, we are only re editing and making their tutor more simple for people to understand Photoshop. Like, doing a report on the planet Mars, you can't simply just copy and paste, you have to make it your own word. So we are basically like that. We also give the full link back to the original tutor and full credit to the owner of the tutors.

messages as soon as possible. However, it is impossible for them to

posted by them) and consequently, they cannot be held responsible of

INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT

This is an agreement between you and Chiuy, by meaning ''Chiuy'' ,
''We'' , ''Us'' , ''I,'' and ''Ours'' is meaning by Chiuy. If you do
not accept or follow our terms of services, please do not accept. If at
anytime we found that you are not accepting our terms of services, your
account will be terminated.

1. By joining and becoming our member at this website, you are agreeing that you are at least 8 years or older. Anyone found underage, will be BANNED. If accused of being
underage, we will need some sorts of ID card to identify your name and
ages. You may scan your ID and presented it to Zeneron@ymail.com in
order to verify your age if you are accused of being underage. Student
ID are also allowed to show your following grade level. Any other proof
that provide you of being at least eight [8]
years old will be fine. If unable to present any sorts of ID or proof
to Chiuy of underage, your account will be terminated and will be IP
Banned.

2. At anytime, the Administer, Moderator, or any other
high ranking officer or staff may edit, delete, and move your posts and
comments at anytime at anywhere. We, will do the best to insure that we
keep the forums organize and free from trouble. We may also at anytime
may terminate your account without an reason.

3. We, Chiuy, have extremely strict rules about copyrights. Any copyrights material
will be removed from the website. If you found any copyrights material
that belong to you, please contact the administer team to solve this
problem ASAP within the next 48-72 hours depending on the situation.
You must also have proof in order for the removal of the copyrights
material. All designs must be strictly made out of your own purely
design. There must not be any copyrighted material. Anyone who risk
using copyrighted material may be sued by the original copyrights owner
or any other court case that may have done permanent damage. By risking
this, you must not include ''Chiuy'' or any relating thing that
relate to ''Chiuy'' to your cause of using copyright material. We,
Chiuy, will promise to scan the forum at their best to look out for
copyrighted material and will remove it ASAP. There must also not be
any legal action againstChiuy if you are accepting this terms of
service.

4. By using this website, there must NOT be an illegal
drugs, pornographic, nudity, copyrights, hacks, hackers or any material
that is not allowed on this website. Anyone will violated this rule
will be BANNED from the website without warning. We will not tolerated
any of this in our forum.

5. By going on our website, you are
also agreeing that we, Chiuy, will be able to track your IP Address
when monitoring our website.We will stop monitoring your computer once
you have left our website. All data will be deleted and will not be
shared after you have left. Only moderator and administer may use this
function only. No other members will be allowed to use it.

Privacy and security, we are not responsible for any viruses or any
other material that may have damage your computer. Only administers'
download links or any other download material may be trusted. Other
members download links is to be used with your OWN RISK. We will not be
responsible for any privacy or security if it does not involve with the
administer. It is best to scan the file before opening it. If you
receive a virus from a member, you may report him. We will monitor his
movements for 24 hours, for private use only for Chiuy, and scan his
download links. If found that they do receive a virus or any other
material, the account is BANNED. We must also need proof in order to
proceed with this case. Any misuse or abuse with the report button will
not be tolerated.

7. Before posting a topic or posting any
message, please read all rules in our main topic. Your topic will be
deleted, edit, or changed to a different location if it does not suit
our rules. Every categories have different rules, please read them
before posting.

8. Any usersname with names that offends people,
example, godsuck, will not be permitted. Any religious stuff on this
website will also not be tolerated and will be given a warning.

Warning System, once you have reach 100 at the warning system, you will
consider yourself BANNED from the website. If you have receive a
warning, example, 10/100, if you want it back to 0/100, you will have
to wait a full month before the warning system become back to normal.
The Karma System, depending on your moods and how well you contribute
to the site, the more points you have, the better. Only Mods, Groups,
and Admin may be able to give you karma points. Other member may NOT
give you Karma points. This is due to the function of the Karma System.
Unfortunate, we do not have a Karma system in our web hosting site and
is say to be coming soon. So, please bear with us for the moment and
